The apartment comfortably sleep 4- 6 guests. There are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom having a super-king size bed and the second bedroom arranged with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and storage. There is also a bunk area outside the bedrooms with a bunk bed.

There is an ensuite shower and toilet to the master bedroom and a large main bathroom with bath, toilet and sink and a washing machine/dryer

The dining and living area is open plan. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, induction hob, pressure cooker, raclette, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine. There is a dining table for six and living area with TV.

There is a cupboard in the entrance hall for shoe and coat storage.

The large terrace runs around the whole of the apartment and is accessed from the living area and both bedrooms.

The apartment comes with 1 underground parking space and a ski locker on the ground floor.

Location: Montriond

The apartment is well located within just a few minutes walk from the centre of Montriond village.
During the winter and summer seasons, there is a regular free bus running between Morzine, Montriond, Lac du Montriond and Ardent. Line M.

In Montriond village, there is a well equipped local shop, ski hire and tourist office. There is a large supermarket on the road between Montriond and Saint Jean d’Aulps.

For local dining in the village there is a choice of restaurants:

The Pizza Restaurant (with takeout service) also serves pasta and a small selection of local dishes.

Restaurant L’Auberge has an excellent bar and wine cellar where they encourage diners to go and select their own bottle. They have a small menu serving high quality local produce.

Marmot Bar for a more casual dining option. They have a bar menu and burgers with vegetarian options. The Marmot has a scenic, sunny outside terrace which is great for sundowners at the end of a hard day of activity.

Up the road towards Ardent is the Hotel du Lac which has a comfortable bar and the restaurant offers theme evenings and a good Sunday Roast. 

Local places to visit:

- Lake Montriond - fantastic scenery, a beautiful walk around the lake with a choice of restaurants. BBQ and picnic is also a fabulous option. Many families love to spend the day at the lake where there is a shallow swimming lake section that is wonderful for the children to enjoy. Pony rides are also available most days during the summer. Paddle boards and canoes can be rented during the summer season too.
- Lindarets - Goat village. Just a short drive away - a fantastic place to visit for lunch and see the local farmers goat herds (you certainly won't miss them!) 
- Plenty of brilliant local hikes - contact Days Away Adventures if you would like a guided hike. Please ensure you check hunting timetables if you are hiking alone in the area
- There is a huge playpark area in Montriond - perfect for families with young children
- Via Ferrata routes are nearby - a fantastic activity for teens and adults alike
- A short drive away is Morzine where you will find mountain bike routes and summer activities such as a swimming pool/tennis courts. Alternatively a wonder into Morzine along the local river is a fantastic summers walk.
