Skiers, snowboarders, hikers, bikers... we cater for all! There’s plenty to do in the Alps all year round so if you’re looking for a biking experience, a fun ski trip, or a relaxing retreat, we have a holiday to suit you.

Total Mountain offer a unique range of self catered apartments and chalets, specializing in Morzine, Les Gets and the surrounding villages. We believe the mountains should be accessible to everyone and as such our portfolio includes luxury retreats, family chalets, and budget apartments. The mountains are awesome in summer or winter - and we can find you the perfect accommodation. The Total Mountain team have extensive knowledge of this area and if they don’t know the answer they will quickly find somebody who can help.

Total Mountain believe that a holiday should be a well deserved treat and when you book with us we ensure that all of our properties have a fabulous welcome basket, a coffee machine and toiletries in every bathroom.

At Total Mountain we try to take the hard work out of arranging your holiday, we have a few added extras you can add to your holiday. These need to be booked and paid for before your holiday.

Early Check In / Late Check Out

Early check in and late check out requests are subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to accommodate.

However, if we can there is a fee of £25 for an early check in from 2pm - 4pm and a fee of £50 for check in requests before 2pm.

 For late check out there is a fee of £25 for check out between 10am and 12noon. And anything later than 12noon is £50.

Rubbish Collection

Are you aware in this area of France you have to take your rubbish to the communal bins. Total Mountain can offer a rubbish collection service. The price is £50 per collection (2 bin bags), we will collect your rubbish for you during your stay or if you are here for just a few nights you may leave your rubbish in the agreed place for us to dispose of.

(There is a £70 fine if you just leave your rubbish in the property, without pre booking this service.

Want a fresh breakfast delivered without the hassle of leaving your accommodation? You can order fresh bakery items, orange juice, ham, cheese, eggs, jam - anything you want to make your breakfast perfect! You must give 24 hours’ notice for this service. Pre booking in advance is recommended in peak weeks to avoid disappointment.

Shopping

Do not want the hassle of shopping on your break? Let someone take care of it for you. All you need to do is send a shopping list as least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Cost:

small shop - 50 euro plus the cost of your shopping

large shop - If your shopping is over 100 euro then an additional 20% charge of your shopping will be applied.
