Beautifully positioned and well-appointed recently refurbished wood chalet located in the quiet picturesque old part of Morzine known as L'Ele. The bars, shops and restaurants of Morzine are a walk away. The village of Montriond is 800m from Chalet Leon. Here you will find a bar - Tabac, restaurants, supermarket and the Tourist Information Centre.

Just a short walk of 150m to the ski bus stop. The free ski bus towards Morzine can take you into the town and to the Pleney ski lift that takes you to the Morzine/Les gets local ski area. Towards Montriond: this will take you to the Ardent lift and up into Avoriaz/Switzerland and the rest of the Porte du Soleil area. 

On street level there is a cosy lounge with wood burning stove leading onto the double sided balcony which has wonderful mountain views.
The fully equipped kitchen/diner has a microwave oven, gas cooker and fridge freezer. The shower room and WC are located on this level.
The lower floor houses a double bedroom and a twin room with ensuite shower and toilet. The top floor is a mezzanine area with a double and two single beds.
There is a terraced garden to the side of the chalet and parking at the front.
An on arrival welcome pack and toiletries for each bathroom are included in your stay.

Morzine is a beautiful French town at the foothills of the Porte Du Soleil ski area.
There is a local ski area - Morzine/Les Gets which is accessible from the Pleney lift (on the bus route) and the full Portes Du Soleil ski area comprising of 650km of pistes over 11 villages and two countries). Avoriaz, which is the gateway into Switzerland and the rest of the PdS area, has great skiing for all levels, and is easily accessible from this apartment via the free ski buses which take you to the Super Morzine lift in the centre of the town.

There is a local swimming pool with sauna/steam room and relaxation area. There is also an outside family ice rink in the centre of town, a range of bars and restaurants, 2 nightclubs and plenty of live music from talented musicians on tour.
