Set over 3 floors, there is a large garage, laundry room and storage area, plus a small games room/child's bedroom on the ground floor (sofa bed).

The first floor comprises of a modern, open plan kitchen/dining room/living room with patio doors from each to access the balcony. There is a wood burning fireplace for cosy night's in and a large TV. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and a w.c.

The second floor has a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/walk in closet area and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom on this floor also has access to the balcony (can be twin or a kingsize). There is also a shower room.

Outside there is a lovely garden/decked area to enjoy in both summer and winter which backs onto a small wood for added privacy. From the front of the property there are great views towards the via ferrata 'tete d'elephant' in St. Jean. The jacuzzi is set up on the raised deck* see notes below.
